Project Carpenter

Evolve Talent is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established construction business which are located an hour drive North from Perth CBD, delivering quality residential and commercial building projects across the region.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a business that values quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong team culture.

The Role

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work for a construction project. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working on diverse projects and takes pride in producing excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

• General carpentry and construction work across residential and commercial projects
• Reading and interpreting building plans and specifications
• Framing, structural work, fit-outs and finishing carpentry
• Measuring, cutting and installing materials accurately
• Maintaining a safe and organised worksite
• Working collaboratively with site supervisors, trades and subcontractors
• Identifying on-site challenges and contributing practical solutions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Experience working within residential or commercial construction
• Ability to read and interpret building plans
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Current Driver’s Licence
• White Card
